The Caregivers at Oasis are always on the go. From offering in-home healthcare, to continuing education ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest care approach and techniques, an Oasis Caregiver is dedicated to offering compassionate care.

A truly diverse staff - the Oasis Caregivers are made up of numerous cultural and lingual backgrounds. This enables our Caregivers to better provide a truly patient-centered, culturally sensitive healthcare experience. Some of our spoken languages include:

Caregiver Selection and Supervision

You wouldn't let just anyone enter your residence - and we wouldn't staff just anyone. Our Caregivers are Oasis Home Healthcare. In addition to the traditional application and interview process, all Oasis Caregivers undergo a strict screening process. Potential new hires are placed through a series of interviews, background checks, educational review, as well as a skills-assessment and peer review to ensure not only the care you receive is the best, but also the person coming to your residence is someone you would gladly welcome.

After hire, Oasis Caregivers are kept up-to-date with continuing education, as well as performance evaluations and feedback from our greatest asset - our patients.
